The information cell of the KVK has various facilities through which the farmers can get readymade information as reference material. This include following :

Library

The library includes various books, journals, periodicals and newsletters as reference material for the SMSs and the farmers as well.

Publications

The KVK has developed various literature, souvenir and books for general distribution for the farmers.The books and other materials have been developed by the KVK  in the local vernacular i.e. in Marathi. Various books published by the KVK are as under :

Internet Service

The KVK has obtained the Internet connectivity through the financial support from its sister concern institutes from 15 August 1999. The KVK is connected to the V-SAT gateway located 5 k.m. away on the radio frequency link. The facility is presently being used for rendering various services like providing the latest update on the technological packages and market information required by the farmers.
