The food processing and bakery unit is a recent addition to the KVKs fleet of various projects. The present project is a part of the Food Processing Training Centre funded by the Ministry of Food Processing Industry, Govt. of India.

The project aims at processing the locally available agricultural and horticultural produce on commercial lines as an instructional unit simultaneously for imparting the skill based practical training on preparation of various processed products.

The processed products that will be finally produced include the following :
1.Grape raisins
2.Pomegranate Anardana
3.Guava Jelly
4.Tomato Puree, Paste
5.Dehydrated Seasonings
6.Bakery products
